Small businesses contribute greatly to U.S. economy acting as a key mechanism by which many Americans access to the American dream. Creating opportunities for women, minorities and immigrants, millions of little help companies between business and society in general. By providing new ideas, small companies also act as agents of change.
A. Small businesses are the prospects for the future and not repeat the past. They embrace change and competition. However, the innovation capacity of small businesses and ability to explore new technologies is surprising, because they are often poor in resources, have research and development of small budgets and human resources limited. Community networks can help small businesses overcome their limited resources. They are often based on knowledge important contribution in the innovation process. Through this process of accessing and sharing knowledge with other businesses in your area, small businesses to help the movement and the creation of these regional networks. The networks also then serve as word of mouth advertising. If we respect each other, they refer to each other.
About 50 years ago women represented less than 26 per cent of the workforce (and were mostly secretaries, nurses and teachers). But regulatory changes such as the Civil Rights Act in 1978, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act in 1975 and affirmative action in 1978, opened the business ownership for women. At the same time, the role of women in society began to change. As more women successfully create, manage, and grew up companies, their achievements pointed out by the media and government. women's enterprise groups as the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the National Foundation for Women Business Owners (NFWBO) were created. Since the 1970s, the proportion of women in small businesses has increased dramatically. New technologies and greater access has had a profound impact on businesses owned by women. Women are now more than ever, able to contribute to economic growth without sacrificing as priorities for large families.
The configuration flexibility of time, combined with a passion for doing something for love and profit, has proved a recipe for interesting women. For many women choose a company means knowing what you care about – like what is told. Women tend to want to do what makes them happy, not just make money. And do what you love leads his own success.
A. The number of businesses owned by women (a company where women own 51 percent or more of the company) has increased 20 per cent between 1997 and 2002. This is more than the growth of businesses owned by men – only 16 percent. The Census Bureau conducted a survey in 2002 1.9 million business owners. The report identified 6.5 million firms were owned by women and 2.7 million companies when the property was divided between men and women.
How these women to start? The number and types of financing options available for women is as great as it ever was, especially in Nevada. Nevada Microenterprise Initiative distributes Association of small business (SBA) 500 at $ 25,000 for typical commercial. CDC hosts Southern Nevada Office SBA Women's Business Enterprise that helps people to open an enterprise through courses and seminars. The SBA 7 Loan Guarantee Program adopted Business owners can go to banks with an SBA guarantee behind them.
A major advantage of the new companies at present is the sheer volume of information available to employers. Technology has made data collection fast and easy.
This includes data on loans and loan assistance available to women. However, evidence that a company is owned by a woman can be a frustrating process, and not only when it is loans. Make sure sound is really one of the companies belonging to a woman before attempting to take advantage of any special treatment. The voice of small business has become a woman, with women entrepreneurs generates billions. If you have a passion, go for it! There are a lot of support there.
