Everyone should report it to the Better business bureau and State Attorney General for fraud. Do you really want a product that uses deception and fraud to get you to purchase it?

But seriously, maybe you should find another forum besides Answers for this sort of thing? (I’m not agreeing nor disagreeing with what you’re saying, though asking people to make a report on a service they haven’t used smacks of fraud to me, also.)
I hope that you get some kind of justice, though relying on the BBB and Attorney General are both most ineffective ways of doing so.
