My sister has a project to do for her business class where she creates her own small business. She chose to create a bakery. She has to decide what type of organizational structure she will use (teams or departments?). We aren’t sure which type of organizational structure to use. Does anyone have any idea which is good for a small bakery/cafe? Thanks.

Each business organizational structure has different tax and liability implications. This question could best be answered by a lawyer and a CPA. However a small business bakery would probably fall under an LLC or a S-Corp structure.
