My American Apparel Jacket Smells?
I was washing my Red Fleece American Apparel jacket in the bathroom. And it was week. So then…… people did their business and now it smells. And I washed it again, About 3 times, and i sprayed it with FaBreeze. Its dry but i wanna get the smell out. I have to wash it by hand in cold water. Help ME!
your question kinda of doesnt make sense…. lemme see if i can get this straight, you were washing your jacket in the bathroom (in the sink or tub i hope!) and then you left it in there, and then people used that bathroom, and now it smells? I hope no one peed on it… anyway, febreeze just covers up odors dude – it doesnt eliminate them. you need to find a proper place to wash your jacket (bathroom sink will work). When your washing clothes by hand, you can still you laundry detergent. You dont need alot though, a few tablespoons will do the trick. Rinse it well, and ring it out in the tub. Then hang it up some where to dry, dont just throw it in a corner somewhere. Cause then it will just grow mold and stink even more.
