Define business casual dress?
I have an interview coming up and I was told to dress business casual, now what is the proper etiquette for casual business attire? does it matter if my shirt is light or dark? some of the websites I have seen say wear Khaki pants, but does it matter if I have dark pants?
I also have not had an interview for a while this is not because of laziness it because I have had a very consistent job that is now reducing the hours for everyone and thus in turn, pay cuts. I am looking for guidelines for business casual dress code.

“Khaki” in this case simply means nice cotton pants. Dark pants are dressier than lighter ones. Lighter shirts are dressier than darker ones. Go for a white or light blue woven button-up shirt and navy or black pants. Wear leather shoes, and polish them.
