Mr. D'Aurora is of counsel with Luper Neidenthal & Logan. The focus of his practice is litigation, with an emphasis on business-related matters, such as partnership and corporate dissolutions, contractual disputes, and problems that arise with transactions. He successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court in Allen v. McBride (2004), 105 Ohio St.3d 21.
Jack also handles corporate and business matters. He provides his clients with general business counseling, negotiates and prepares contracts, and represents his clients in real estate matters.
Prior to his legal career, Jack was a Naval Flight Officer. He accrued over 1700 flight hours and 300 carrier landings in the F-14 Tomcat aboard a San Diego-based aircraft carrier.
Other Aspects of His Practice:
Jack has served as an arbiter in both court appointed and private arbitrations. He is a licensed real estate agent and teaches continuing education courses at the Columbus Board of Realtors. Jack has also appeared before federal and state administrative agencies.
