I told everyone on lemonade stands that have been closed throughout the country because it has no business license, no license and health permit to use any property found, the sidewalk or park. And I can not talk about taxes. You asked for a business license application, which is to join them in the mail. They have not even addressed the issue of tax forms, permits and health permits / permission to run in the park where you want to configure. Besides, I consider taking a loan from them so they can buy the tools first?
Banks will not give a business loan for a lemonade stand. If you borrow, is a personal loan. Some banks will give you a credit card than you have good control of the licensing requirements. Yes, it is quite surprising to see the authorities closing lemonade stands for kids, but it is what it is.
