International Business Planning Process

What are the implications of double-majoring at a high level institution?
One thing that I have always been curious to hear about from the general population is how double-majoring really works.
Do you pay double the fees?
How much more work is there?
I want to major in Creative Writing for sure. I know that many people discourage CW programs in general, but I have not found many of the arguments compelling, considering that there are numerous questions that my high school teachers have been unable to answer.
Otherwise, I want to double-major in one of a few things:
Public Relations
Business
Speech Language & Pathology
Education
International Relations/Business
What are the benefits and/or costs of double-majoring? When is the best time to declare a double, and how does the plan to double-major influence the application process?
No you don’t pay double the fees and in sense so the work is not any greater. You still have to do the same number of credits to graduate. The problem with a double-major is that it leaves you with no flexibility at all in your program; just about everything is required so as to fulfil the requirements of the double major. I would suggest instead a major in Creative Writing (a perfectly good major) and then a minor in some area which is as unrelated as possible. From that list you give I/R sounds pretty good though if your math is ok you might consider Economics.
Good luck.
