Bettavalue also has a hierarchical structure which has many departments consisting in the structure but is a different structure to easy jet. The scales of these two businesses are very different because easy jet is on a world wide scale and Bettavalue is on a local scale. Both organisations have very different structures and offer a service but the service they offer differs and also the working situation is different.
Communication would be different for both organisations because Mr Stelia Stevros is right at the top of the chain of Easy jet and it would be hard for the bottom staff to communicate with him because it is a bigger structure, whilst Bettavalue only has three levels and it would be not difficult for someone to speak to Mr Naveed Hussain.
