Land Registry Launch business gateway
HM Land Registry launched the Business Gateway towards the end of 2009. The Business Gateway enables property professionals to conduct preliminary searches and submit the Charge. The Business Gateway will work alongside the existing Land Registry Portal. Solicitors using DPS Convey will soon be able to connect to and access real data from Land Registry systems directly from their case management system.
The Business Gateway is a B2B technology platform that will allow solicitors to access Land Registry services using XML over the internet. Future releases will enable additional services to be accessed via the gateway.
The first services released on the Business Gateway are aimed at the remortgage market. Conveyancers will be able to submit Official Searches and request Official Copies of the title from the Land Registry. In addition, the system will allow conveyancers to create the Charge which can then be signed electronically by the Borrower through the Portal.
Submission data will be checked prior to acceptance by the Land Registry and errors will be returned for immediate correction, ensuring that only data in the correct format is accepted for processing. Results that are available electronically can be linked directly back to the case. Studies by the Land Registry show that between 15 and 20 minutes per transaction could be saved by using the gateway over other submission methods.
DPS Software have been developing DPS Convey to integrate it with the Business Gateway. The new process will greatly improve conveyancing practices by enabling data to submitted directly from DPS Convey, thus eliminating the need to enter data into two separate systems.

what is my job title? seriously please help!?
I work for an electronic residential mortgage document ordering loan company. I think what I do is call data analyst or business analyst but not sure. Here is what I do. I map data such as borrowers name, property address, loan amount, interest rate and anything that has to do with mortgage loan into the word document itself using xml spy and I believe dos application. Example on a Deed of Trust(DOT) or a Mortgage document, where all the infomation that would be type in or fill in by the lender, borrower, title company and etc. would actually be fill in through what I did using xml spy and dos application. Does this make sense? I am just not sure if they are other jobs like this.
please help.
