I applied for a CitiBank checking account a few days and i got a e-mail saying
“Thank you for completing a Citibank® application.

But when I log onto my account on the website it says under Account Summary ”

I’m confused. I finished the application and even printed out the deposit slip and sent in money for it to be deposited. Did I screw up? Did it not take or does it just show that by default to everyone?
No, you didn’t screw up and you’re right, it’s just a default email sent to anyone who does the same thing. Like their email says, “within 5 to 7 business days, they’ll be contacting you”. Just be patient and wait until the end of the 7th business day. If you haven’t received an email by that time, give them a call at the number they listed for you.
