When your visa gets stamped on your passport – you have to enter Saudi within 1 month from the date of stamping. This is 1 month according to the Islamic Hijrah Calendar, If your visa validity is 90 days your stay will be counted from the day you arrive in Saudi Arabia to your exit. Again you need to be careful when counting the 90 days because its as per the Hijrah Calendar and not the Gregorian Calendar.
Overstaying is a serious offence in Saudi Arabia – even if it is for 1 hour! So you have to be very careful in booking your flight. It is better to book your departure flight for a date that is a couple of days before your visa expires.
