Getting GED and going to college?
I’m 17 years old and live in GA. For personal reasons I am wanting to get my GED. Then I am going to enroll at a Tech School for the winter quarter (registration 11/17/08, starts 1/9/08) and get my Associates of Applied Science in Web Site Design. After I am finished with that I plan to go to a 4 year university in florida for a bachelors in web design or graphic design or go to Full Sail University and get a bachelors in music business. I havent decided which college after I get my AS in Web Design. I could stay in HS and finish but like I said for personal reasons I am getting my GED so please dont tell my to stay in HS. Is this a good & reasonable plan? Is a AS in Web Design good enough or should I still get a bachelors in Web Design. I know this is what I want to do. Ive already done a graphic/web design Internship and loved it.

That is a good plan, but you might want to check into Full Sail– I have a friend who’s going there, and he said credits won’t transfer to Full Sail because they have some sort of accelerated curriculum or something like that.
He may be wrong, that’s happened before (lol) but before you make any concrete plans you might want to check into that. I don’t know if your credits for the associate’s degree will transfer to Full Sail.
