If you mean how to dispute a sum you’ve been charged, call the company and ask them to justify the price. Sometimes a bill is more than you thought you were going to get due to an error on their part or on yours. The best way to do it is over the phone.
Once the price is settled to the satisfaction of both of you, have them re-issue the bill.
Or, if you just don’t like what a business wants to charge, check around with other providers to see if they can beat that price, or at least confirm that you’re getting a fair one.
