Where would this get me , I’m so confused ?
I want to do this course : certificate 1 in business , and I need to know a few things before I enroll but know one wants to give me any answers so I’m going to ask on here instead and see what happens.

Can you go into that link and look at the course details (it’s not that long ) and tell me if you think I could do that course if I only completed year level 9 at school. Am now 23 but have had 4 years experience full time in retail .
And if I can do that course, what kind of job would I get out of it, a basic office job ?
I can’t vouch that this is a good school, but in general, this course looks like a good way for you to pave the way to move from retail to an office environment. Good for you for realizing that it’s up to you to learn the skills necessary to take your career to the next level. Make sure you develop good computer skills (especially Word & Excel, plus typing speed and accuracy) — that’s what it will really take for most entry level office positions. Good luck!
