I’m looking for a law student in process of graduating or someone who will not charge me an arm an a leg. The contract is a Finders Fee Agreement.
I have looked online for ones and they don’t work for my business.
I know what a contract needs in it. I don’t know HOW and CANT write it up. I dont trust myself
Any contract has three basic points to be valid:
1) each side gives and receives something of value
2) both sides agree on the exchange
3) No part of the exchange can be an illegal action or product
From there you can spell out the details, exact amount and method of payment, timeframe, etc.
