Flight or pilot training is a course of study used when learning to pilot an aircraft. The overall purpose of primary and midway pilot training is the acquisition and honing of basic airmanship skills. Pilot Training is gaining a lot of interest and momentum these days especially among the courageous types and prospective pilots. This has resulted in the opening up of many aviation academies in India like Chimes Aviation Academy, which boasts of providing pilot training on Cessna 172 and is also one of the best aviation academies in the country.
While undergoing training at an aviation academy, the student is given a Student Pilot License. After training, he can opt to become a private pilot or a commercial pilot. To become a private pilot, one has to obtain a Private Pilot License while to fly a commercial plane, Commercial Pilot License is required. Student Pilot License is given those with 10+2 with science and aged at least 16 years should register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
The second step is the Private Pilot License (PPL). PPL training includes sixty hours of flying of which about fifteen hours are dual flights, that is accompanied by the flight instructor and at least 30 hours of solo flights apart from five hours of cross-country flying. This makes one eligible for the Private Pilot License exam. The prescribed age for appearing for this exam is 17 years and an educational qualification of 10+2 along with a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Armed Forces Central Medical Establishment (AFCME). A Commercial Pilot License may be obtained only after a PPL has been acquired. To obtain a Commercial Pilots License, 250 hours of flying (including 60 hours for the PPL) is essential. Besides that one has to undergo a Medical Fitness Test and an examination.
Aviators can be categorized as civilian pilots and military pilots. Civilian pilots also include airline pilots. Entry to this field has certain minimum criteria vis-à-vis physical health and a certain level of education, including includes English, math, and science. One has to be eighteen years of age to commence training and should be twenty-one years of age and should have completed 1,500 hours of actual flying at the time of he or she obtains a license. Aviation careers can be divided into Flying Careers and Management Careers. Career options include Pilots, Flight Engineers, Flight Attendants, Cabin attendants, In-flight Supervisors, Technicians, Flight Coordinators, and Crew Schedulers. Other job options such as Airport Security, Line Service Personnel, business development, Cost Analysts, Aeronautical Engineers, Ground Instructors, Airport Managers, Technical Writers, and Air Traffic Controllers have also attracted a significant number of job seekers.

The International Institute of business analysis (IIBA) offers the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Programme for experienced business analysts. This programme complies with ISO 17204 Standard.
A CBAP is a recognised expert in identifying the business needs of an organisation to determine the appropriate business solutions. The CBAP Certification requires one to have five years (7500 hours) of business analysis work experience in the last 10 years, engaged in tasks specifically related to defined knowledge areas. The six knowledge areas are enterprise analysis, requirements planning and management, requirements elicitation, requirements analysis and documentation, requirements communication and solution assessment and validation.
