I never got refunded for my NFL purchase return?
I bought an NFL jersey a about 4-5 months ago. It was the wrong size so I went to the post office and I sent it back to the return address that was labeled inside of the package. It said it would take 30 business days for my refund, but I still didn’t get my credit back. I called in well over 30 business days and they said they never got it back. Anyone have any experience with this? Should I go check with the post office?
The post office is notorious for loosing mail and late deliveries in my town. Talking to the post master is useless. He just gives excuses that their doing the best they can. I would send a on line compalint with the better business bureau (bbb.org).
