PLEASE HELP = ( i need an answer in 30 min! 10 points?
Can anyone help me rephrase this in simple terms?!
Corporate strategy can be more formally defined as a comprehensive plan or action orientation that identifies the critical direction and guides the allocation of resources of an entire organization. The strategy is typically a statement about what should be done to ensure prosperity based on the company’s vision, values and mission. Besides a corporate strategy, each business unit of a large corporation may have its own strategic plan.
A company’s strategy can be described as a full plan that identifies the main goal and the assigning of resources of the whole company.
This plan is a basic statement to guarantee success and growth based on our vision, values and mission.
In addition to the company’s plan, each section may have it’s own strategic plan.
Sorry, I’m w….a….y late!
